Physical Therapy Programs - Rehabilitation

Happy New Year!  I am eager to share with you that my solo practice is open and I am seeing patients in several venues:

• a private home studio
• a private room inside a fitness center              (for patients who need more equipment)
• home visits

I am not participating with insurance but I provide patients with commercial carriers the information they need to file on their own.

As a physical therapist I cannot opt out of Medicare, so Medicare patients would not be able to receive reimbursement for services.  I have reduced my rate to help accommodate these individuals.

Patients will benefit from my personal, individualized care, especially Medicare patients who have exhausted their therapy benefit or anyone frustrated with the lack of attention they have received elsewhere.  I spend 50 -60 minutes with each patient on a program tailored to their needs.  I accept patients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses.   Referrals can be made by phone or fax.
